CrossFit is a broad, general and inclusive fitness programme designed to prepare you for the demands of a healthy and independent life. Whether your goals are to lose weight or to get stronger, CrossFit can be tailored to suit you.

Each class starts with a skills session that works on a particular technique and focuses on getting you stronger. After this, the classes move on to the ‘Workout Of the Day’ or the WOD. Our Head Coach, Matt Branton, sets a programme that is always varied to keep you interested and having fun.

From complete novices to established CrossFitters and professional athletes, all classes are tailored to suit your goals and ability. The coaches are there to help you when needed and push you when they know you can go just that little bit further!

We like to think of CrossFit as the perfect middle ground between personal training and group workout classes. The group camaraderie will always get you through a workout, no matter how tough you’re finding it, and the coaches will ensure that you’re getting the most you can out of each one. You’ll feel a sense of achievement at the end of each session and be hitting your goals in no time.

We use a variety of exercises to keep you interested and progressing all at the same time and of course having fun in the process!
